Fidel Sebastian is a labour lawyer and a former legal partner with the UNHCR. He has six years of litigation experience, the majority of it before the High Court of Delhi.
His practice centres on industrial disputes and service matters, handled exclusively from the side of the employee or the workman. That single-minded focus — representing labour rather than management — shapes how he approaches every brief: as an advocate for the person with the least power in the room.
Earlier in his career he spent close to a year with the UNHCR (the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) as a legal partner attached to the Socio-Legal Information Centre.
